The fire burns through the night serving the best of the season, cleverly and simply prepared. It is all about taste, togetherness, great wines and smiling faces. With a snack and aperitif, the literal "dinner in fire" starts in our Park.
Chef and Ember founder Tobias Beck learned his craft in famous places around the world like Noma in Copenhagen and Ernst in Berlin, and after stops in Japan and Mexico, he worked with Francis Mallmann in Argentina. His passionate handiwork with open flame cooking made him RollingPinMag's "Burning Chef of the Year 2022" and Ember enjoyed rapid fame.
