The Parkhotel Mondschein is located right in the centre of Bolzano. Bolzano railway station is a 5-minute walk away. Bolzano airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. Other airports are located in Innsbruck, Verona, Bergamo or Milan.
The Parkhotel Mondschein is centrally located in the heart of Bolzano. Guests who park in the Luna Mondschein car park are entitled to a 50% discount on the parking fee.
The parking garage is located at Mühlgasse 18. Access via the pedestrian zone via Weintraubengasse is not permitted.
We’re happy to organize a shuttle service from Bolzano airport for an additional charge of 20€.
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available after 3 p.m. Please let us know if your arrival is planned after 8 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11 p.m. Late check-out is possible upon request.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerances. We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements.
We would be happy to arrange a special city tour for you. Just send us your wishes via email: info@parkhotelmondschein.com.
City bikes are available free of charge while e-bikes and racing bikes are available for rent. We also provide you with helmets on request.
As they are limited, we recommend booking in advance.

Our aspen wood sauna is open daily for your relaxation between 2 and 10 pm. With a view onto the park you can enjoy the 60°C heat and sweat out all toxins.
Our fitness room offers everything from treadmills and rowing machines to a punching bag and weights. Something for everyone to get the right workout. Open 24/7.
Our yoga studio arise warmly welcomes you for a gentle break or a more challenging practice. We offer classes in a variety of yoga styles, as well as monthly specials like cacao ceremonies and sound baths. You can find the current schedule here.
Your four-legged friend is welcome here! We just charge an additional fee of €25 per day and kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the fitness and spa areas.
Smoking is not allowed in the Parkhotel Mondschein. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
The room rates are per person/night, including breakfast. Deposits can be made conveniently online. We will gladly take your room requests into consideration and confirm the desired room category; however, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers.
Surcharges:
Additional visitor’s tax of €2.70 per person and day
Additional breakfast: €25 per person
To avoid potential fees in the event of unforeseen changes, we recommend purchasing an affordable travel cancellation insurance. You can also add travel cancellation insurance directly when booking.
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. In the event of cancellation 3 - 0 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

You are welcome to pay with any standard bank card (EC card) or credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER). Cash payment is possible in euros. In the event of late payment, the hotel is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base rate p.a., or 5% p.a. for consumers.
