The Parkhotel Mondschein is located right in the centre of Bolzano. Parking spaces are available next door for an extra charge. Bolzano railway station is a 5-minute walk away. Bolzano airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Other airports are located in Innsbruck, Verona, Bergamo or Milan.
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available after 3 p.m. Please let us know if you will arrive after 7 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 12 p.m. Late check-out is possible upon request.
The Parkhotel Mondschein is centrally located in the heart of Bolzano. Guests who park in the Luna Mondschein car park are entitled to a 50% discount on the parking fee.
The parking garage is located at Mühlgasse 18. Access via the pedestrian zone via Weintraubengasse is not permitted.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
Smoking is not allowed in the Parkhotel Mondschein. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
The room rates are per person/night, including breakfast. Deposits can be made conveniently online. We will gladly take your room requests into consideration and confirm the desired room category; however, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers.

Additional visitor’s tax of €2.70 per person and day
Single room surcharge per night 30%
Short stay under 3 days 10% surcharge
Pet: €17 per day without food
Additional breakfast: €25 per person

You are welcome to pay with any standard bank card (EC card) or credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER). Cash payment is possible in euros. In the event of late payment, the hotel is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base rate p.a., or 5% p.a. for consumers. The hotel reserves the right to claim further damage caused by the default.

As cancellations may result in fees depending on the time and type of cancellation, it is advisable to take out low-cost travel cancellation insurance.
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. In the event of cancellation 3 - 0 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
