Jade weaves together tea rituals, Daoist mysticism, mindfulness, and healing arts to support people in transition, letting go, transformation, and re-emergence. As the founder of WAOTEA and author of the book “Tea, Remembering the Essence of Life”, she is deeply knowledgeable in tea culture and practice, sourcing her teas from China, Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan.
She has also devoted herself extensively to the study of Qi Gong, mindfulness meditation, biodynamic psychology, Chi Nei Tsang, somatic movement, creative writing, and Daoist astrology (BaZi). Her approach is rooted in a deep connection to nature and an awareness of the impermanence of life.
During her time at Parkhotel Mondschein as Teacher in Residence, she offered various courses, including tea ceremonies, introductions to BaZi astrology and the Five Elements, as well as dance and Qi Gong.
