Chef Mathieu grills premium cuts from the local butcher Gottfried Egger in the park of the Luna Restaurant. On the menu are ribeye steaks with Mediterranean chimichurri, fennel sausage with friggitelli peppers, baked potatoes, and aubergines cooked in the embers. Beneath the palm trees, warm summer evenings stretch on amid the aroma of the grill and good conversations.
Please note: In the event of bad weather, the grill evening cannot take place. Instead, we will serve our à la carte menu at the Luna Restaurant.
