Architecture and design are true 'emotional worlds' for him. Polyhedral dimensions where several disciplinary universes converge and where design is a complex research process, which mixes with irreverence and playfulness, as well as with great skill and refinement, multiple stories and imaginaries, from the past, as well as from a "futuristic" present. We are talking about Matias Sagaria, an architect from Bolzano, owner of Studio SAGARIA, with offices in Milan and New York, specialising in interior, product and strategic design and who, during Moontalk #4, shared with Anna Quinz the story of his fascinating professional and creative journey.
What emerged was an extremely personal vision of contemporary architecture and design, nourished by his profound specific knowledge (and more) and his contagious enthusiasm, which provided many stimuli and suggestions to those present. The discussion also touched upon several significant and prestigious stages of Matias' design experience, such as his work as Design Director for Starbucks Milano Roastery and Replay The Stage, the 'Nepente' furniture line created for the Salone del Mobile 2021, and his most recent interior design work for Xacus Flagship store in Milan.
Art, culture, design and, above all, creativity are the common threads running through the Moontalks curated by franzLAB for the Parkhotel Mondschein. The guests, who take turns at Bar Luna every two months, are local, national and international personalities, who have much to tell and much to share on these topics.
