Together with Paul Thuile from Bolzano, step by step to your own home-made sausage. Paul Thuile is a sausage lover, artist, self-caterer, teacher and hat wearer. He lives on his farm with chickens and a large garden. He is a passionate hobby cook and bread baker. And a third-generation sausage connoisseur. When Paul Thuile devotes himself to one thing, he does it more than one hundred per cent - and it is with this passion that he makes his sausages.
