Specializing in traditional brewing techniques such as Gong Fu Cha, Cassy brings authentic knowledge and hands-on experience to every workshop. Blending Eastern traditions with a global perspective, Cassy aims to introduce participants to the rich history, flavors, and rituals of Chinese tea.
