As autumn yields to winter, nature guides us inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the season of the Water Element, inviting stillness, introspection, and restoration. A journey inward, without fear and apprehension will enable us to find back our clear voice and gather strength to show up for ourselves and our communities. Join us for a nourishing 4-day retreat designed to align body, mind, and spirit with this seasonal wisdom.
Our days begin with an invigorating and aligning morning flow, including an outdoor warm up and active yang yoga practice. Embrace the crisp morning air and early light to awaken your energy and move dynamically with breath and intention to warm the body and ignite inner vitality.
During the day you will have the space for quiet free time, for conversations or reading, to connect with nature or to detox in the sauna. Creative workshops are also offered and let you deepen your inward connection - through journaling, tea ceremonies or intuitive drawing.
In the evening, nutritious vegetarian meals nuorish you and guided meditation lets you ground your energy. Slow, meditative movement, calming breath and sound healing let you soothe and restore to close the day in stillness.
This is not just a break - it's a seasonal recalibration. Let go of external noise, rebuild inner reserves, and prepare for winter’s quiet embrace. Through ancient practices and modern embodiment, you’ll leave feeling grounded, creatively inspired, and deeply connected to your inner landscape.
