Carolin & Lea, Soft Serves (Berlin)
Lea and Carolin create dining experiences in the most creative forms and formats, celebrating the art of hospitality. Their culinary objects and experiences incorporate various creative disciplines and often draw inspiration from seasonal specialties as well as the places they travel to.
On March 28 and 29, they will serve a dinner at Luna Bar – using regional ingredients, inspired by market visits, and following their credo of simplicity and quality. Expect a well-balanced sequence of pickled and young spring vegetables, house-baked bread with whipped butter, and fresh pasta. Their dishes are a playful homage to their roots in northern and southern Germany - meals that have accompanied them since childhood, reinterpreted in their own unique way.

Soft Serves is a culinary studio from Berlin, founded by Lea Schelling and Carolin Foelster. The two are both advocates of simplicity and drawn to finesse and thoughtful craftsmanship. They draw inspiration equally from regional traditional cuisine - Lea from Bavaria brings different influences than Carolin from Northern Germany - as well as from traveling and immersing themselves in new flavor worlds. They see their surroundings as a constant source of inspiration, weaving experiences, memories, and encounters into their artful dishes.
