Thursday, 25th til Saturday, 27th of May - from noon to 9 pm

The focus is on the quality of the ingredients. Radically reduced to the essentials, the design is exaggerated. The meat is matured for 48 hours in homemade meat garum (fermented spice sauce). For the veggie version, homemade seitan with red lentil miso and vegan vegetable garum are produced.

About DÖNER BRUTAL

Opened in Vienna in 2022, DÖNER BRUTAL is the place to go for anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice quality for a snack. In the meantime, in addition to kebabs, there are also tacos, drinks and much more.

The aim is to offer affordable and high-quality food for everyone, especially in times of the (post) pandemic, with the claim to revive the identity and the place in the form of design. In addition, a lot of work has gone into the development of the vegan version in cooperation with the food lab "Vulgo" and exciting cooperations and merch are being created, completely separate from the snack bar business.
