Igor Kuznetsov was born and raised in Russia and opened his first restaurant in Vienna in 2019. He honed his craft in Austria, Spain, and Tokyo, becoming a master at combining diverse influences into refined, flavor-driven creations. Already with his Ramen pop-up at Parkhotel Mondschein, he brought together his international training and experience with high-quality local South Tyrolean products - and continues to inspire his guests with ever-evolving creations.
