Elemental Rest offers you a pause in an elegant, nature-inspired setting and invites you to immerse yourself in the world of Chinese Medicine, the Five Elements and Qi-based yoga. Four days to digest what has been and to surrender to what is yet to come. This retreat creates space away from the busyness of everyday life and gently guides you back to the quiet wisdom within.
After the dark winter months and at the beginning of spring, this retreat explores the balance between Being and Doing, woven into the theme Heaven on Earth. In Chinese Medicine and Taoist philosophy, humans stand between Heaven and Earth and are invited to choose in every moment: Do I act - or do I simply be? Do I think my decisions - or do I feel them?
Throughout the retreat, rituals, movement practices and Chinese self-care workshops support you in returning to your natural rhythm. You will relearn how to tune in, trust your inner wisdom and act from a grounded, clear intention. This is your invitation to come home to yourself nourished, spacious, clear and renewed.
The retreat will be held in english.

At the retreat, Karl will teach a Qi Gong class.
Just a few steps from the vibrant streets of Bolzano and surrounded by the peaceful embrace of the mountains, we will dive deeply into practice together. Through a blend of dynamic Vinyasa, somatic Yin, and restorative yoga, a harmonious rhythm of activation and relaxation unfolds. Crystal bowls accompany the practice, guiding the body into deeper calm, while sauna rituals, nourishing meals, and quiet moments in nature create space for integration.
These days offer inspiring morning flows, gentle Yin and sound sessions in the evening, and time just for yourself - to walk, read, write, or simply enjoy the stillness of the mountains. Elements of ritual, intuition, and somatic awareness weave together into a journey that gently guides you back to your own pace and inner alignment.
A few days to breathe, soften, and realign body, mind, and soul.
The retreat will be held in English.

Tsveta’s practice is rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga and inspired by the intuitive flow of Awakening Yoga. In her classes, she blends strength and flexibility into balanced sequences that cultivate both stability and softness. For her, yoga has become not only a path of healing but a calling with deep meaning: a space that invites people to turn inward, move with awareness, and recognize that real change begins within.
For Mara, yoga is an ongoing journey toward herself, her body, and the present moment. Mindfulness is at the heart of her approach, encouraging students to meet themselves with compassion and to stay present. Her classes are calm, intuitive, and yet powerful, often supported by sound to deepen the practice and guide body and mind into profound relaxation. Each session is an invitation to move with intention, to listen inwardly, and to experience the body as a guide toward quiet inner strength.
Anais’ POWER YOGA sessions are dynamic and powerful Vinyasa flows designed for fitness enthusiasts who want to push their limits while also craving deep relaxation. These yoga sessions are as challenging as a full-body workout, with a strong focus on breathing. They are equally suitable for beginners, offering variations for different yoga poses.
We will also be enjoying breakfast and dinner at the Luna Restaurant, a cellar tour with wine tasting at Kellerei Bolzano, and a communal pizza night.
Why POWER YOGA?
POWER YOGA is a Western-oriented style of yoga that helps modern individuals connect with themselves through their body. Many people need intense physical challenges before their mind can relax and quiet down, giving their "monkey mind" a well-deserved break. This approach particularly resonates with ambitious manager-types, guiding them to discover something beyond competition, ambition, and pressure—and bringing those lessons from the mat into daily life.
“In yoga, the goal is to turn your gaze inward; everything else is circus."
